DENISE RAYNOR
FOUNDER OF DEPA-PATHWAYS
With over 40 years in the barbering industry,
Denise has had the privilege of connecting with people from all walks of life, young, old and everyone in between (and yes, plenty of real-life chats along the way!)
She has experienced the working world from every angle (as an employee, a manager and a business owner), so she understands how confusing it can be to figure out your direction, especially when no one clearly explains your options.
Along the way, Denise has also gained formal qualifications in business, training and assessment (and of course her barbering qualifications many moons ago).
Having gained varied skills and real-world experience, she’s able to break complex information down into practical, easy-to understand steps.
Denise created this book and program to provide young people with supportive, encouraging career guidance to be delivered with respect, and without judgment.
Her vision is simple to make sure every young person:
- understands their options,
- feels confident to explore them,
- and is empowered to forge a pathway that helps them live their best life.
